Emperor Eye (天皇 · ア イ) adalah istilah yang mengacu pada mata dengan kemampuan untuk melihat masa depan. Dalam basket, Pengguna memiliki kemampuan untuk memprediksi pergerakan seseorang lawan ke depan.

Nah, Emperor Eye itu  adalah di mana Anda dapat melihat ke masa depan. Kemampuan ini dapat dibangunkan dengan mengamati orang-orang dan gerakan otot mereka yang seperti Kuroko yang membangkitkan Quasi Emperor Eye.

Emperor Eye Kuroko disebut dengan "Quasi Emperor Eye" karena hanya dapat memprediksi pergerakan rekan satu tim ketimbang tim lawan. Cara Emperor Eye Kuroko bekerja yaitu dengan cara mengamati lawan-lawannya terutama rekan-rekan setimnya.
